3660 Macintosh Way is inclusive of water, pest control, and weed control.
As the tenant, you are responsible for maintaining the landscape, cleanliness of the home, and regular utilities (garbage, internet, electricity.) All utilities, with the exception of the water, should be applied for and maintained by the tenant. I have included the contact information for the utility suppliers below.

This brand new build 3 bed 2 bath home with a fully fenced in backyard is ready to welcome you.
All furnishings are less than 2 years old and picked for comfort. 3660 Macintosh Way offers a master bedroom furnished with a king size bed and master bath suited with his and her vanities, a stand alone shower, and a deep soaking tub. The first of the two spare bedrooms is furnished with gender neutral bunk beds. The second spare room is furnished with a full size bed and modern writing desk. You will love the ample amounts of natural lighting, vaulted ceilings, and custom kitchen throughout!
This home is zoned for Bentonville schools; Teenie Russel Primary School, Elm Tree Elementary, Ardis Ann, Licoln Junior High, and West Bentonville High.
The garage is mostly empty and equipped for parking your vehicle and/or storage of personal items.
We are 13 minutes from downtown, 16 minutes from Coler Mountain Bike Preserve, and minutes from Walmart HQ.
